Major Product Updates & Release
- [Hire, Manage] 2025 Compliance: State Taxes, I-9 form, and Pay Transparency [Release Notes]
To ensure compliance with States for 2025, we reviewed and updated existing state tax forms and status selections to ensure compliance and compatibility moving forward for Arcoro modules and third-party integrations, where appropriate, starting April 2025.
- [Manage] Core HR - Auto-refresh employee banner [Release Notes]
- This update will perform an automatic refresh of the source tab when a logged-in administrator navigates to the "My Employee" Home page. When a user is viewing an employee profile menu, other than themselves, and the user clicks the "View My Home Page", the "My Home Page" will open in a new tab. The previous tab the logged-in user was viewing will automatically refresh to display the employee currently being viewed.
- With the work on Employee Banner Refresh, quality-of-life improvement will be the removal of the employee banner when adding a new employee. Currently, when adding a new employee, the logged-in user’s employee banner is shown at the top. This can cause confusion and is not an ideal user experience.
- [Hire, Manage] Voluntary Survey and Gender update (ATS, ONB, Core HR, Talent) [Release Notes]
- Arcoro has updated its products to comply with the recent executive orders at the federal level. Executive Order 14173 called "Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity" rescinded Executive Order 11246 that required and allowed federal government contractors and subcontractors to prepare affirmative action plans based on race and gender.
- Within the Applicant Tracking system and Onboarding the voluntary surveys have received updated language related to collection of information such as Race and Sex.
- Within all our products the use of “Gender” has been updated to “Sex”. The drop-down selection options remain within Core HR.

- Added Job Code listing to the table for viewing, sorting, and searching.
- Button update from “New Item” to “Add a Person”, for clearer management of users in Learning/Performance only.
- [Manage, Grow] Core to Talent Hub Sync [Release Notes]
- Replaced the previous SFTP file running every 4 hours with a real-time API sync for employee data between Core HR & LMS/PER
- Migrated 100+ customers from the previous SFTP process to the API to receive these new benefits.

Introduces improved auditing and reporting to comply with USCIS requirements concerning audit trail visibility and traceability, particularly in tracking access, edits, and signatory details, all key elements for electronic compliance. Arcoro’s Onboarding product now generates a report.

Cleaned up deprecated options in Onboarding. Change home phone requirements to mobile phone requirements for contemporary phone usage. Changed the deletion of locations to deactivating of locations, allowing administrators to reactivate locations.

Removed inactive job boards to maintain an up-to-date job board list.

Added SSH Key Authentication for secure file exports, critical for sensitive information
- [Hire] Indeed Integration-Job Posting Fields: Location Address and Salary, Disposition Sync [Release Notes]
Adds two new fields:Previse Location Address and Salary Data, for use with job postings to Indeed. Disposition data will be sent to Indeed to aid in better candidate selection for future positions by learning the types of candidates selected or deselected within the hiring process. Nothing is required by you for this.

- [Grow] Rustici Engine update within LMS [Release Notes]
The Rusici Engine, used by the Learning Course Player, has been updated with an increased file size limit (512MB to 2GB) and the option to reupload failed uploads.

Grants your organization greater control over its data and helps ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal retention requirements.
- [Time (ExakTime)] Time Off Enhancement - Annual Accrual [Release Notes]
To continue to provide value to the Exaktime offering, we are including a new accrual type for the Exaktime Time Off feature. The Annual Accrual Type will allow employees to accrue a set amount of time off balance per plan on a specific calendar date once a year.
- [Time (ExakTime)] Forms Enhancement: Equipment Selection [Release Notes]
To continue to provide value to the Exaktime offering. We are including a new question type to the Exaktime forms feature. We are adding the ability for users to add an Equipment selection question type. This question type will allow users to within an Exaktime form select from the companies active Equipment entity listing.
- [Time (ExakTime)] Timesheets [Release Notes]
Introduced Timesheets, a new feature designed to make time and attendance tracking even easier. With Timesheets, users can now log their work by entering blocks of hours rather than specifying exact start and stop times.
This streamlined approach is for employees and teams who do not work fixed shifts or who prefer to summarize their daily or weekly work without the need to detail specific clock-in and clock-out moments.- [Time (ExakTime)] Employee default Location and Cost Code assignments [Release Notes]
Allows administrators to assign default work locations and/or cost codes to employees. This feature aims to streamline the clock-in process, reduce manual input, minimize errors, and ensure accurate time tracking for payroll and job costing purposes.

- Supervisor/Admin Alerts for Geofence Violations
- We are introducing a new Geofence Violation Alert. A feature to help supervisors stay informed when employees clock in or out, outside of the selected locations assigned a geofence. This feature is designed to improve location-based compliance and visibility in real time.
- Employee In-app notifications when leaving a Geofenced area
- Employees working in the field often forget to clock in when transferring jobsites or out when arriving at or leaving a job site, leading to inaccurate time records, extra administrative effort for supervisors, and potential compliance issues.
- Introducing in-app notifications when an employee enters or leaves a geofenced area. Employees can now receive in-app notifications when they move in-between jobsites. This notification will act as a reminder to employees that they may need to clock in or out as they move between jobsites or leave for the day.

- [Time (ExakTime)] Exaktime Arcoro Syncs [Release Notes]
- Arcoro is excited to introduce Hub Syncs — a new way to keep your data connected across Core HR, ExakTime, and other Arcoro modules. This update gives you a smoother, faster, and more consistent experience managing employees and locations across systems.
- With Hub Syncs, information now flows automatically between your Arcoro products — no more double entry or manual updates for shared fields.
- Existing Customer migrations to the new Hub syncs will commence January 2026!
- Payroll
- Payroll GL Mapping: GL Mapping is the configuration within payroll that allows customers to assign not only GL account information, but also additional metadata to payroll line items that help with understanding the cost of performing a job. This metadata will be presented as a feature within payroll as a catch-up (all payroll line items, etc, are mapped), but also as new items are added, the metadata is allowed to be configured at that time as well. This data will appear and be useful in multiple reports within the Payroll module and company-level entities, such as new rate codes being added.
- Payroll - Increase support from 500 to 1500 employees: This was an improvement to what our payroll provider (Check HQ) can support. It allowed us to market to larger companies.

Spectrum Integration
- To support our current and incoming Spectrum customers, we built a file-based Spectrum integration that interacts with AppXChange to pass data via SFTP to Spectrum.
- Added state tax configuration settings for customers to optionally specify which states are SDI and SUTA taxable.

Sage Intacct Integration
- We built and delivered a Sage Intacct integration, enabling seamless data flow between our platform and Intacct. The integration supports reliable syncing and provides a foundation for scalable financial and payroll workflows with Sage Intacct customers.

Added Arcoro Hub Write Support
- We added Hub write support for both the Payroll and Sage Intacct integrations, enabling them to write shared data into Arcoro’s central Hub. This allows consistent data flow across Arcoro modules.

2025 Compliance: State Tax Mapping Updates
- To ensure compliance with States for 2025, we have reviewed and overhauled our current mappings to partner systems to ensure that all updates to filing statuses are supported in state tax record transfers.

Collapsible Warning/Error/Info Lists
- We added an expand/collapse all control to the Sync History details view to make it easier to review errors, warnings, info, and property changes across multiple employees. All log sections now load collapsed by default, with a single click expanding or collapsing all lists at once.

Updated UI to Allow for Navigation to Connectors from Sync Edit
- We added direct edit links for connectors on the Sync Edit page so admins can quickly navigate to the correct Payroll connector configuration without searching through the connector list. This streamlines admin workflows by reducing friction and making connector management more accessible from the context of a sync.

Updated Sync and Sync History Filtering
- Added a checkbox to allow customers to filter between showing all syncs and enabled syncs exclusively.

Advanced Analytics for Performance will deliver out-of-the-box, self-service reports and a Dashboard that provides HR and leaders with clear visibility into employee performance, review cycle progress, and manager effectiveness across the organization. Powered with auto-scheduling, eliminating redundant tasks, and increasing productivity. All of this is accessible in a set of curated dashboards designed for HR, people leaders, and executives—without requiring advanced report-building skills.
