How to Upload Course Content into Online Course Management of the LMS

Users with the LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator or Training Administrator roles will be able to upload courseware zip files up to 2 GB in typical eLearning industry-standard courseware formats such as SCORM, AICC, xAPI/TinCan, or CMI5.

Presently, courseware files can only be uploaded individually. Once uploaded into the LMS, the zipped courseware files will be opened and inspected to ensure that all essential files are included.

Upload New Course Version

You can upload a new version of an existing courseware file so you do not have to set up a new course for every new courseware version. After uploading the new course version, your course will be automatically updated with the newest version of your courseware. Any "In progress" courses will continue to use the original courseware, but new launches will be directed to the updated version.
