Organizations with multiple Arcoro modules will be able to configure an employee's permissions from a single location instead of needing to navigate and configure the permissions within different Arcoro modules, making it easier to set up an employee and not miss any critical permissions. Part 2 will include some, if not all, of the Arcoro modules not included in the Part 1 release (Core HR, Payroll, Integrations, Arcoro Time, and other modules).

Introduces the ability to have multiple pay schedules within a single Arcoro Time system to better serve organizations that require multiple pay schedules for their work force.

Allows for organizations to approve time on a location/job basis to better accommodate employees that work under different managers and/or clients.

Improves the FaceFront to better verify the employee taking the FaceFront photo.

Introduces the Benefits menu from Core HR into the Arcoro Unified Platform so Administrators can handle more options from a single place.

Allows new hires to complete their Onboarding paperwork from the Arcoro app.

Replaces hours of manual entry with a quick review, reducing the risk of rate errors on certified payroll and helping keep tables current when wage determinations change.

Allows employees to complete workflows from the Arcoro app to accommodate those who do not have access to a computer.

Generates a schema-compliant eCPR XML file report for California Contractors to upload to the CA DIR eCPR portal without the need to reenter the data into a third-party tool or manual forms.

Allows those with third-party time tracking systems to pass their time data to Arcoro Payroll.

Moves the original Arcoro Time AccountLinx export to the Integration's platform, allowing you to integrate Arcoro Time with Viewpoint Vista without a dedicated computer application.

Customers can now configure SSO to be used with any Arcoro product. This streamlines the process of setting up log ins for employees and allows easy entry across products.

Adds the option for certain users to prevent users from logging into Arcoro via your company's SAML SSO with the assistance of Arcoro development and support.

Customers will be able to sync company data (locations, departments, job codes) and employee record information (demographic, reporting relationships, hiring data) from the Core HR system to the LMS and Performance modules in real-time to quickly onboard your new hires. Customers will be gradually phased in to this enhanced integration.

Users will be able to sync locations and employees between Core HR, ExakTime, and other integrated Arcoro modules in near real-time to eliminate needless data entry. Also provides options to not sync unnecessary employees (if set as contractors) and locations (if set to not sync) between modules, so they only reside in ExakTime.

Allows you to use Advanced Analytics with the Performance module to report on performance data relevant to you and your organization.

A new landing page to help direct users to their appropriate module and a new AI field for users to ask questions and receive answers.

The Landing Page will now include:

• Module-specific quick links designed to help users complete common tasks more efficiently, such as adding new employees, approving time cards, and more.
• A "My Tasks" section to complete common tasks.
• An AI Assistant to help answer questions about your data.

Allows you to schedule your Integration syncs to help eliminate human error and provide a consistent sync cadence.

Enhancements to what data the AI assistance can access to provide more insights and options of responses.

Exposes the OData API for ARcoro API users to help you with reporting and analytics, where a delay in data is acceptable.

Allows organizations to manage their own user permissions without needing any involvement from Arcoro.

Introduces employee syncing from the ATS and ONB modules downstream to Arcoro Time and Talent modules, bridging a gap of data syncing.

A new HR mobile app geared towards employees to view core records, benefits, and pay combined with our Arcoro Time app.

The new integration allows you to connect your Sage Intacct accounting system with Arcoro Time so your employees, jobs, and cost codes stay in sync automatically - and the hours your employees log in the field flow back to Sage Intacct for payroll and job costing.

This integration keeps company setup information — businesses, departments, unions, cost codes, jobs, equipment, and employees — flowing automatically from Viewpoint Spectrum into Arcoro Time, and sends approved time cards back to Spectrum for payroll approval. It replaces the legacy, manual AccountLinx (SyncLinx) file export with a modern, validated, automatic connection built directly into Arcoro's platform.

The Unified Menu allows organizations with multiple Arcoro modules (Core HR, Learning, Performance, Time & Attendance, Onboarding, Payroll, Integrations, Advanced Analytics, and Applicant Tracking) a central landing page that allows Admins to quickly navigate to their desired module and not rely on bookmarks or jumping between different modules.

Organizations with multiple Arcoro modules will be able to configure an employee's permissions from a single location instead of needing to navigate and configure the permissions within different Arcoro modules, making it easier to set up an employee and not miss any critical permissions. Part 1 of this release will include ATS, Onboarding, Advanced Analytics, and Talent, with other Arcoro modules to follow in the future.

Similar to "People", the "Location Management" menu allows users to create and manage their locations in one menu instead of needing to jump to various Arcoro modules.

• For the Payroll Register Report, payroll admins can now use the register report to check payroll payment amounts, benefits, taxes, and deductions before submitting their payroll.

Simplifies how prevailing wage data is stored, applied, and updated so payroll can be processed more accurately and efficiently. Reduces manual data entry and calculations related to prevailing wage, lowers the risk of compliance issues and wage disputes, and saves time for payroll and project administrators.

• New reports to help anticipate possible issues/blocks.
• Base Rate toggle for Rate Codes

This change surfaces issues before they become surprises—meaning fewer unexpected debits, less filing confusion, and faster awareness when payroll activity needs attention.

Multi-Entity introduces a two-level Organization-to-Business Unit hierarchy inside a single Arcoro tenant, so an organization with multiple related legal entities manages all of them under one login, with each Business Unit still processing payroll under its own FEIN.

Allows Core HR to send EDI files using an SSH Key for improved security.

The addition of a Labor Class field in Core HR to provide more precise classification for employees' work roles on special projects, ensuring compliance with prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements for Arcoro Payroll.

The I-9 form is used to verify an individual's authorization to work in the USA. Captures historical changes to I-9 before completion by a manager, including, but not limited to, attestation, signatures, and unlocking of record for data auditing.

Improves the existing experience of Onboarding by removing erroneous options, making the mobile phone field required instead of the home phone field, and replace the option of deleting locations with deactivating locations for a consistent experience with other Arcoro modules.

Improves the existing experience of Learning and Performance by replacing the option of deleting locations with deactivating locations for a consistent experience with other Arcoro modules and adding a warning when removing the "Manager" role of a user.

Adds additional fields for job postings to support Indeed Apply, such as precise salary and location fields/data.

Enhancements to the course player with increasing the file size limit of courses and removing “stuck” in processing courses to the failed tab, which will allow you to delete or re-upload the course again.

Allows users to delete employee records and documents in the electronic filing cabinet of Onboarding. New hires can also be automatically deleted after a specified period. Reporting will be provided to allow you to track when employee records have been deleted.

The Indeed Job Syncs API will allow us to send job posting data in real-time when opening new jobs, closing existing jobs, and making any changes to job posting details. This allows your job information to be updated in real time, allowing for the most up-to-date information for your applicants.

Allows employees and managers to be emailed when learning assignments are assigned, due dates, and completions, allowing them to be aware without needing to sign in to the website or rely on separate email communication.

Provides users with an AI tool to help write job descriptions for job templates to provide a starting point for job postings.

Adds additional permissions to restrict users by allowing them to only view and manage candidates for jobs they are assigned to. This will help protect sensitive candidate data, remove noise from the Candidate Pool, and scale access control.

Provides users with an AI tool to help write job descriptions for job postings created from scratch to provide a starting point.

Allows admins to import historical training and certification records into the LMS in bulk, making the LMS the single source of truth for all training data.

Allows Administrators access to a "Custom Forms" menu to create, edit, and manage their own PDF forms.

Expands the AI Writing Assistant to existing job postings.

Introduces automation so that when an employee completes a relevant course, the course’s completion certificate is automatically assigned to their training record. Learners, managers, and admins all see up-to-date proof of completion on the employee profile without any manual intervention.

Introduces an AI-generated candidate snapshot directly in the ATS candidate list. When a recruiter or hiring manager opens a job and views the list of applicants, the system automatically reads each uploaded resume and surfaces a concise, plain-language summary of the candidate's resume without requiring the reviewer to open the full document.

Admins can now configure a tailored new hire experience for each business unit in Onboarding — including a custom welcome message, business unit–specific informational content, and uploaded documents and videos — while the company-level experience continues to serve as the automatic fallback for any business unit that doesn’t need a custom setup.

Employee sign-offs can be performed asynchronously from the manager's sign-off, whereas before it would require the employee to be present with the manager to sign off on an evaluation.

Recruiters will be able to add a candidate while viewing a job's details and remove extra navigation requiring the recruiter to find the candidate first.

Mobile Learning allows your employees to complete assigned courses from the Arcoro app, letting them complete their courses and training from the convenience of their mobile device.

Introduces shareable job links, giving every open job a dedicated, human-readable referral URL. Recruiters can copy the link, generate a printable QR code for the jobsite, or send an editable referral text to selected contacts. Candidates who open the link land on a mobile-friendly job page and can apply without creating an account, removing the friction that limits employee referrals today.

Candidate Re-Engagement Agent, an AI capability that automatically scans a customer's ATS candidate pool, scores past applicants against newly opened roles, and surfaces a ready-to-review shortlist of matches. Recruiters can view suggested candidates, message them, or add them directly to the open job, without ever leaving the ATS to start a new search.

The Geofence Activity Alerts feature enhances workforce visibility and accountability by delivering timely, location-based notifications to both employees and supervisors. Supervisors can be notified by push notification, SMS, or email when an employee clocks in/out while outside a location's GeoFence. Employees tracked with GeoTrakker can be notified when they are entering or leaving a GeoFence so they can clock in/out appropriately to track their time accurately.

Add additional enhancements for time off with time off balance resets, time off hours import, alternative tier options, and bulk time off requests.

Allow users to view significantly more data in a single screen, streamline scheduling workflows, and reduce the time required to validate and adjust staffing coverage.

The Unified Timecards is the new page where your administrators view, add, and correct time for every employee, whether that employee records time on a timecard or a timesheet.
