The Mass Document Download feature enables Core HR Administrators to download employee documents in bulk, eliminating the need to retrieve files individually. This capability is accessible from the Core HR side navigation menu and is designed for high-volume document retrieval scenarios.

Customers can now configure SSO to be used with any Arcoro product. This streamlines the process of setting up log ins for employees and allows easy entry across products.

Adds the option for certain users to prevent users from logging into Arcoro via your company's SAML SSO with the assistance of Arcoro development and support.
- (Arcoro Hub) Enhanced Integration between Core HR and Talent Modules - Released Sept 25' Release Notes
Customers will be able to sync company data (locations, departments, job codes) and employee record information (demographic, reporting relationships, hiring data) from the Core HR system to the LMS and Performance modules in real-time to quickly onboard your new hires. Customers will be gradually phased in to this enhanced integration.

Users will be able to sync locations and employees between Core HR, ExakTime, and other integrated Arcoro modules in near real-time to eliminate needlessly data entry. Also provides options to not sync unnecessary employees (if set as contractors) and locations (if set to not sync) between modules, so they only reside in ExakTime.

The General Ledger feature provides a way for administrators to map individual payroll line items (e.g., hourly earnings, reimbursements, benefit deductions) to general ledger accounts and then export the data for use with financial reporting systems.

- For the Payroll Journal Report, we have built a revised version of the Payroll Journal report with two new fields — Employee ID and Department. The new report helps payroll administrators import payroll data into their accounting system with greater ease.
- For the Payroll Register Report, payroll admins can now use the register report to check payroll payment amounts, benefits, taxes, and deductions before submitting their payroll.

The Indeed Job Syncs API will allow us to send job posting data in real-time when opening new jobs, closing existing jobs, and making any changes to job posting details. This allows your job information to be updated in real time, allowing for the most up-to-date information for your applicants.

Allows employees and managers to be emailed when learning assignments are assigned, due dates, and completions, allowing them to be aware without needing to sign in to the website or rely on separate email communication.

Introduces an AI-generated candidate snapshot directly in the ATS candidate list. Employee sign-offs can be performed asynchronously from the manager's sign-off, whereas before it would require the employee to be present with the manager to sign off on an evaluation.
- (ExakTime) Geofence Activity Alerts - Released Sept 25' Release Notes
The Geofence Activity Alerts feature enhances workforce visibility and accountability by delivering timely, location-based notifications to both employees and supervisors. Supervisors can be notified by push notification, SMS, or email when an employee clocks in/out while outside a location's GeoFence. Employees tracked with GeoTrakker can be notified when they are entering or leaving a GeoFence so they can clock in/out appropriately to track their time accurately.

Add additional enhancements for time off with time off balance resets, time off hours import, alternative tier options, and bulk time off requests.

Adds a Photo response question type to ExakTime Forms so field employees can capture or upload photos directly as part of a form submission.
