Organizations with multiple Arcoro modules will be able to configure an employee's permissions from a single location instead of needing to navigate and configure the permissions within different Arcoro modules, making it easier to set up an employee and not miss any critical permissions. Part 2 will include some, if not all, of the Arcoro modules not included in the Part 1 release (Core HR, Payroll, Integrations, Arcoro Time, and other modules).

Customers can now configure SSO to be used with any Arcoro product. This streamlines the process of setting up log ins for employees and allows easy entry across products.

Adds the option for certain users to prevent users from logging into Arcoro via your company's SAML SSO with the assistance of Arcoro development and support. 

Customers will be able to sync company data (locations, departments, job codes) and employee record information (demographic, reporting relationships, hiring data) from the Core HR system to the LMS and Performance modules in real-time to quickly onboard your new hires. Customers will be gradually phased in to this enhanced integration. 

Users will be able to sync locations and employees between Core HR, ExakTime, and other integrated Arcoro modules in near real-time to eliminate needless data entry. Also provides options to not sync unnecessary employees (if set as contractors) and locations (if set to not sync) between modules, so they only reside in ExakTime.

Allows you to use Advanced Analytics with the Performance module to report on performance data relevant to you and your organization.

A new landing page to help direct users to their appropriate module and a new AI field for users to ask questions and receive answers.

The new integration allows you to connect your Sage Intacct accounting system with Arcoro Time so your employees, jobs, and cost codes stay in sync automatically - and the hours your employees log in the field flow back to Sage Intacct for payroll and job costing. 

Increases capacity from 500 to 1,500 total line items (Employees and Contractors) to support larger payroll runs.

Various enhancements for Arcoro Payroll to help track part-time salaried employees, warnings when you may lose unsaved payroll changes, changes to the menu where admins can add/track employee/company benefits, and pay statements for contractors.

The General Ledger feature provides a way for administrators to map individual payroll line items (e.g., hourly earnings, reimbursements, benefit deductions) to general ledger accounts and then export the data for use with financial reporting systems.

• For the Payroll Journal Report, we have built a revised version of the Payroll Journal report with two new fields — Employee ID and Department.  The new report helps payroll administrators import payroll data into their accounting system with greater ease.
• For the Payroll Register Report, payroll admins can now use the register report to check payroll payment amounts, benefits, taxes, and deductions before submitting their payroll.

Simplifies how prevailing wage data is stored, applied, and updated so payroll can be processed more accurately and efficiently. Reduces manual data entry and calculations related to prevailing wage, lowers the risk of compliance issues and wage disputes, and saves time for payroll and project administrators.

Multi-Entity introduces a two-level Organization-to-Business Unit hierarchy inside a single Arcoro tenant, so an organization with multiple related legal entities manages all of them under one login, with each Business Unit still processing payroll under its own FEIN.

Use Categories and Tags to better organize your employees' documents for improved search efficiency, document tracking, and reporting.

The Mass Document Download feature enables Core HR Administrators to download employee documents in bulk, eliminating the need to retrieve files individually. This capability is accessible from the Core HR side navigation menu and is designed for high-volume document retrieval scenarios.

The I-9 form is used to verify an individual's authorization to work in the USA. Captures historical changes to I-9 before completion by a manager, including, but not limited to, attestation, signatures, and unlocking of record for data auditing.

Improves the existing experience of Onboarding by removing erroneous options, making the mobile phone field required instead of the home phone field, and replace the option of deleting locations with deactivating locations for a consistent experience with other Arcoro modules.

Improves the existing experience of Learning and Performance by replacing the option of deleting locations with deactivating locations for a consistent experience with other Arcoro modules and adding a warning when removing the "Manager" role of a user.

Adds additional fields for job postings to support Indeed Apply, such as precise salary and location fields/data.

Enhancements to the course player with increasing the file size limit of courses and removing “stuck” in processing courses to the failed tab, which will allow you to delete or re-upload the course again.

Allows users to delete employee records and documents in the electronic filing cabinet of Onboarding. New hires can also be automatically deleted after a specified period. Reporting will be provided to allow you to track when employee records have been deleted.

The Indeed Job Syncs API will allow us to send job posting data in real-time when opening new jobs, closing existing jobs, and making any changes to job posting details. This allows your job information to be updated in real time, allowing for the most up-to-date information for your applicants.

Allows employees and managers to be emailed when learning assignments are assigned, due dates, and completions, allowing them to be aware without needing to sign in to the website or rely on separate email communication.

Learners will receive more timely and relevant email notifications, and training admins and managers can have confidence that out-of-date email notifications are not sent.

Admins can now configure a tailored new hire experience for each business unit in Onboarding — including a custom welcome message, business unit–specific informational content, and uploaded documents and videos — while the company-level experience continues to serve as the automatic fallback for any business unit that doesn’t need a custom setup.

Employee sign-offs can be performed asynchronously from the manager's sign-off, whereas before it would require the employee to be present with the manager to sign off on an evaluation.

Mobile Learning allows your employees to complete assigned courses from the Arcoro app, letting them complete their courses and training from the convenience of their mobile device.

Introduces shareable job links, giving every open job a dedicated, human-readable referral URL. Recruiters can copy the link, generate a printable QR code for the jobsite, or send an editable referral text to selected contacts. Candidates who open the link land on a mobile-friendly job page and can apply without creating an account, removing the friction that limits employee referrals today.

The Geofence Activity Alerts feature enhances workforce visibility and accountability by delivering timely, location-based notifications to both employees and supervisors. Supervisors can be notified by push notification, SMS, or email when an employee clocks in/out while outside a location's GeoFence. Employees tracked with GeoTrakker can be notified when they are entering or leaving a GeoFence so they can clock in/out appropriately to track their time accurately. 

Add additional enhancements for time off with time off balance resets, time off hours import, alternative tier options, and bulk time off requests.

Meal Break Enhancements allow you to specify the non-work cost codes from triggering meal break warnings and a compliance rule to flag meal break exceptions if a break is not taken within a set number of hours from the employee's first punch of the day.
